Garlic has been used for both food and medicine for centuries, dating as far back as the time of the Egyptian pyramids. Garlic has been used for a variety of fungal, bacterial, and viral infections. It is also shown to maintain cholesterol levels already in a healthy range.
A 2003 study found that garlic helps lower levels of a harmful agent known as homocysteine, but more research is needed.
Our softgel capsule includes 500 mg of garlic oil. In addition, we include parsley oil to minimize the odors often associated with garlic.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) or more soft gelatin capsules daily.
