English Walnut Oil, derived from Juglans regia, is valued for its high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, particularly alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid. Several scientific studies have investigated the cardiovascular benefits of walnuts and walnut oil, focusing on their impact on arterial health.
