Robusta Coffee is used to support concentration primarily due to its caffeine content, which is well-documented in scientific literature for its cognitive-enhancing properties. Numerous randomized controlled trials and meta-analyses have demonstrated that moderate caffeine consumption can significantly enhance vigilance, reaction time, and various aspects of cognitive performance, including concentration and attention, in both habitual and non-habitual users. Robusta coffee, compared to Arabica, contains nearly twice the caffeine content, making it particularly effective for these purposes.
