Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum, also known as Tulsi) has a long history of use in traditional Ayurvedic medicine, particularly for supporting general health and well-being, including the female reproductive system. Traditionally, Holy Basil has been used to help regulate menstrual cycles, reduce menstrual discomfort, and support fertility.
