Bromyl-7 Glycosylated Bromelain is a modified form of bromelain, an enzyme complex primarily derived from pineapples. Bromelain has been studied for its proteolytic (protein-digesting) properties, as well as anti-inflammatory effects. Scientific research has shown that bromelain can help reduce inflammation and muscle soreness following exercise, which is why it is sometimes used to support the muscle system. Some studies suggest that bromelain supplementation may attenuate delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and improve recovery after muscle injury, likely due to its ability to reduce pro-inflammatory cytokines and edema.

However, while there is some evidence for standard bromelain, there is limited peer-reviewed research specifically on "glycosylated" bromelain or branded forms like Bromyl-7.
