Palm-Leaf Raspberry is a common name sometimes applied to Rubus palmatus or related species of raspberry, such as Rubus idaeus (red raspberry). In traditional herbal medicine, particularly within Western herbalism and some Asian traditions, the leaves of raspberry plants have been used to support various aspects of urinary tract health. The rationale is primarily based on folk uses: raspberry leaf tea has been used as a mild diuretic and to "tone" the urinary and reproductive systems. It is also traditionally used to support women's health, especially during pregnancy, for its purported uterine-toning effects, but its use for the urinary system is less prominent and generally encompasses overall support of pelvic organs.

There is very little scientific validation for raspberry leaf's effects specifically on the urinary system. Most phytochemical studies and clinical research focus on its antioxidant content, mild astringency, and potential effects on uterine tone—not direct benefits to the kidneys, bladder, or urinary tract.
