I have been using this product off and on for years. I used it extensively when I got COVID when I felt tightness in my chest and my oxygen was at 92. Taken twice daily during COVID kept that virus from causing Covid pneumonia tht we heard takes over the lungs. I also have edema in my legs however taking 2 of these per day relieved me of this affliction
