Nature's Sunshine CA, Herbal is designed to provide a rich source of essential minerals and to enhance calcium absorption. Some key components of CA, Herbal are marshmallow root which has soothing capabilities, plantain which detoxifies the body's systems, horsetail which supports the joints and connective tissues, and silicon which supports strong tissues. Other ingredients are wheat grass and hops flowers which detoxify and support the nervous system, respectively. Each CA, Herbal capsule is 385 mg.

I used these products together because the calcium in my system needs a little assistance getting into my bones. I take two of each in the morning and two together in the afternoon. My husband and I used this product in the late 90's through the early 2000's. For a timee couldn't afford any supplements for a few years and when we started back to using supplements I didnt add Herbal CA. But after tripping and hurting my knees 3 times over a 12 month period I remembered how much it had helped my husbands bad shoulder and I started it again.
