Nature's Sunshine Liquid Capsicum is naturally extracted from fine capsicum fruit and is 15 to 20 percent alcohol.

I take one capsule before bed and it helps me sleep - a natural muscle relaxant. Just be sure to have food with it! Also, I resumed taking it because of a developing cataract. I'm hoping it helps reduce that.
