Uso recomendado
Take 10–15 drops under the tongue every 10–15 minutes or as needed until symptoms improve. Then decrease to every 1–2 hours, then to four times daily until symptoms are relieved. I use this when I am suddenly wakened at night with anxiety. I put about 15 or so drops under my tongue. In about 10 minutes I fall asleep again. It is an amazing product that goes right to where your brain needs it. Use this product at night and AnxiousLess during the day. I’ve used these products for over 5 years. They continue to work.
