HU58 is a single-strain, spore-based probiotic providing 10 billion CFU of Bacillus subtilis HU58™ per two-capsule serving. It is intended for adults who want a concentrated, high-potency dose of this specific strain — either as a standalone probiotic, as an adjunct to MegaSporeBiotic for individuals with more advanced or persistent gut imbalances, or for use during and after antibiotic therapy where spore survivability is particularly important. One to two capsules daily with a meal is the recommended dose, introduced gradually in week one before moving to the full two-capsule dose. The formula contains no dairy, wheat, corn, soy, or artificial additives and requires no refrigeration.

Bacillus subtilis HU58™ is a naturally occurring, spore-forming commensal bacterium with 99.99% survivability through the gastrointestinal tract. Its endospore structure — a dormant, protective shell — allows it to withstand stomach acid, bile, heat, pressure, and antibiotic exposure, characteristics that distinguish it from fragile Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains that may lose significant viability before reaching the colon.
