I have ordered this several times. When I start to get low on it, I order again. Don't want to take a chance on running out of it. I have read and heard how good mushrooms can be for our immune system. I tried this because it has so many different kinds in it. One scoop in my smoothie is all it takes. I do not taste mushrooms in my smoothie. I believe it does what it claims.
