I had trouble with chest/heart pain before I started taking this. I take it twice a day. On the rare occasions I run out or do not take it for a couple of days, the alarming pains start again. This is a great product. I am 68 years old. I much prefer this to going the industrial pharmo/chemical or surgery route.

I started taking this consistently about 2 weeks ago, and I do notice my numbness in my hands when sleeping has gotten a little better. It’s not completely gone and does happen at other times during the day but we will see if this continues to improve. I’ll be ordering more and will give it a full 60 days before I know for sure.
