Nature's Sunshine Perfect Eyes® protects ocular cells from free radicals generated by sunlight and artificial lighting. As the body ages, it produces fewer antioxidants, changing eye pigmentation. The ingredients in Perfect Eyes provide nutritional support to keep the eyes healthy throughout the aging process. The formula includes lutein, n-acetyl-cysteine (NAC), and a variety of herbs. Lutein may slow or prevent age-related macular degeneration while NAC fights against free radical damage. One serving or two capsules of Perfect Eyes supplies 6 mg of lutein.

I’m not sure if it’s the bright LED lights that are on vehicles keys or reading on my iPad, but something hurts my eyes. I went to the Doctor who of course told me I had “dry eye”, which I don’t doubt. She prescribed over-the-counter drops one in the morning and one in the eveningand “Areds”, a beta carotene something from the drugstore. The drops seem to give me comfort and I took them regularly for about a month. I don’t think the Areds did much for relief and The Areds had too much chemical in them for me. I read about perfect eyes and tried it and noticed a huge difference, rather quickly as well. I noticed a my eyes start hurting again if or when I slack off on taking them as well. I believe We the People and eye doctors should begin legislation to make LED lights illegal.
