Q-Evail® 100 Synergy™

Q-Evail 100 Synergy is a one-softgel daily CoQ10 formula from Designs for Health combining 100 mg of ubiquinone CoQ10 with 150 mg of geranylgeraniol as GG-Gold®, delivered in Evail™ enhanced-absorption technology. It is intended for adults who want comprehensive mitochondrial and cardiovascular support particularly those taking statin medications, which deplete both CoQ10 and GG as a consequence of their mechanism of action, and older adults whose endogenous production of both compounds has declined with age. The 100 mg dose makes this version appropriate for individuals new to CoQ10 supplementation, those with lower depletion burdens, or those whose practitioners have recommended a maintenance-level CoQ10 dose alongside GG support. One softgel taken with a meal is the recommended dose. The formula is gluten-free, soy-free, and non-GMO.

The two-ingredient active strategy addresses a limitation of conventional CoQ10 supplementation that is not widely recognized. Evail™ technology combines quillaja extract, DeltaGold® tocotrienols, sunflower lecithin, and MCTs to form a self-emulsifying delivery system that meaningfully improves the oral bioavailability of fat-soluble CoQ10 and GG without relying on polysorbate 80 or other synthetic surfactants found in some competing enhanced-absorption formulas.
