Uso recomendado
Take 2 capsules with a meal two to three times daily.<br><br><b>WARNING:</b> Do not use this product if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breast feeding because using this product may cause birth defects. Nature's Sunshine Red Yeast Rice helps regulate already normal cholesterol levels and nourishes the circulatory system. Red Yeast Rice, or Monoascus purpureus, assists in the production of good cholesterol in the liver. A capsule of Red Yeast Rice contains 600 mg.
Because red yeast rice may interfere with liver production of coenzyme Q10, Red rice should be taken in conjunction with a coenzyme Q10 supplement.

Taking this to lower my LDL cholesterol cuz my dr recommended statins if it doesn’t come down. It’s not even that high (156). THEY (whoever they are) want it lower than 130. I will do anything and everything to lower it cuz no statin is ever entering my body. I’ll do another review after my next bloodwork. I’m also doing more walking and trying to eat healthier.
