Last December I came close to checking out. I had pneumonia in both lungs and the China Virus, my breathing was fine the virus attacked my blood platelet count it dropped to 5k anyway spent 3 1/2 days in the ER. It's hard to say exactly the benefit because I take it along with cellular energy, herbal trace minerals, chickweed, B Complex, Proactazyme, collagen, and fish oil all nature's sunshine products. The reason I take these particular items is they where recommended by the Herbalist after he gave me a blood test. Back when I started the report was 2 1/2 pages of things that were not normal with my blood 3 months later my report is now 1 1/3 pages and what is still off is improved. At 6 month I'll be headed back to the Herbalist to be retested. Hoping my report has shrunk again
