How it works
Composed of parthenolides, the feverfew leaf, also known as Bachelor's Buttons, nourishes the central nervous system. Feverfew is also used as a natural remedy for migraine headaches. The parthenolides contained in feverfew are sesquiterpene lactones which have many health benefits. I started taking feverfew years ago to prevent migraines. At that time, I had them several times a week. About six weeks after I started taking feverfew, the migraines stopped. I take one daily to this day and it still works. Three days after I stopped it some year ago, they returned. A pharmacist I know gave a talk about migraines and recommended feverfew. It works but be sure to give it about six weeks to start seeing results.
