MegaQuinK2+D3

MegaQuin K2+D3 is a two-ingredient capsule providing high-potency doses of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) in a single daily serving. It is intended for adults 18 and older who want to support bone density, cardiovascular health, nerve function, mitochondrial function, and immune regulation — particularly those with limited sun exposure, older adults whose endogenous vitamin D synthesis has declined, or individuals whose practitioners have identified suboptimal vitamin D or K2 status. Each capsule delivers 5,000 IU (125 mcg) of vitamin D3 and 200 mcg of MenaquinGold® MK-7, taken with a meal for optimal fat-soluble absorption.

The sourcing and form of the vitamin K2 in this formula is a meaningful differentiator. The central mechanism of this formulation is the coordinated management of calcium metabolism.
