How it works
This popular flavoring has a variety of uses in herbology. A couple of drops can be added to a glass of water or a cup of hot water for a soothing, refreshing after-meal drink. Peppermint (Mentha piperita) has been used to help promote digestion and has cooling and stimulating properties.

I started using peppermint oil when I was still in the classroom. Even though I was teaching high school, students still got very close to me to have a conversation. I wanted to always make sure my breath was fresh so I started using peppermint oil as a breath freshener. I later used it was good for digestion. It's quite strong and a little dab will really be enough. I never leave home without it. It's so potent I can almost light up a room with it. It's good stuff.

I absolutely love your peppermint oil! I just wish that you would return to the previous bottles it used to come in with the tiny white cap & little flower. To me they worked so much better, & were a huge hit at the doctors office! The plastic dispenser top on these new bottles interfere with the peppermint oil coming out, very poor design.
