I originally got this for the Urinary Maintenance which is included in the pack. I combine it with hydrangea for kidney stones which I suffer from very intermittently. Urinary Maintenance has been out of stock so I decided to give my urinary system more support as I figured it could not only help me with the stones but also act as a healing agent/prevention for my system as a whole. Just about halfway thru the pack and I am feeling better already.
