We’re a boring supplement company. On purpose.
No founder story. No podcast. No proprietary blend named after a Greek god. Vitabase has sold supplements since 2001, and the way we operate hasn’t changed: real inventory, real people, and numbers we can show you.
Since 2001
Most supplement brands you see in your feed didn’t exist five years ago. Many won’t exist five years from now. We’ve been shipping supplements — over 8,800 orders — since 2001. That’s not a brand story. It’s just what happened.
Freshness, on the record
We track every lot of inventory we own: when it arrived, where it sits, and when it expires. Stock that gets near its expiration date is pulled, not discounted into a flash sale. A marketplace seller can’t tell you when your bottle was made or how it was stored. We can, because we’re the only ones who ever touch it.
The number fake reviews can’t fake
Star ratings are bought and sold. Reorder rates aren’t. These are our actual repeat-purchase numbers — the share of customers who came back for the same category months later:
- 55% of probiotics buyers reorder — tracked since 2020
- 39% of whole-food supplement buyers reorder — tracked since 2020
- 37% of antioxidant buyers reorder — tracked since 2020
Figures from our order database, verified August 10, 2026.
A person answers the phone
Call us and a human who has worked in supplements for years picks up. Not a chatbot, not a ticket queue. If a product isn’t right for you, they’ll say so — unsold inventory is cheaper than a customer who doesn’t come back.
What we carry, and why
We stock brands with real formulation science and manufacturing standards behind them, plus our own Vitabase line, made in GMP-compliant facilities. We don’t chase trends. When a category is hot but the evidence isn’t there, we sit it out — we’ve watched twenty-five years of miracle ingredients come and go.
