I’m 215 pounds as of today feb 21 2009. i exercise 4 to 5 times a week. I weighed between 185 and 190 in 2006 before i suddenly began gaining weight unexpectedly. i never before watched what i ate but I always exercised just to stay fit but ate whatever i wanted and never gained weight and my job consist of being on my feet all day walking in a circle at an hot iron foundry and lifting constant heavy objects so I sweat a lot. so i don’t get how I’m gaining weight. I cut out all fried foods no sodas and I eat 3 to 4 fruits everyday and vegetables every other day for the last 2 years now. I bake all my meats so I don’t know whats going on that I cant lose weight. This has been going on for almost 3 years now I went from a size 36 to a 40. Are there any doctors that specialize in helping someone like me. I’m 6 feet tall and 25 years old
