La actitud defensiva se refiere a una respuesta psicológica y emocional en la que una persona reacciona ante la crítica, la culpa o la amenaza percibida con un comportamiento protector. A menudo implica negación, justificación, culpar a otros, o retraimiento en lugar de aceptar o explorar la retroalimentación.
